Fee discrepancy calculations and Cubiscan claim tickets are computed based on the baseline product tier parameters entered by the seller compared against billed marketplace fees. Final reimbursement approval and fund disbursement remain at the sole discretion of Amazon Seller Support and are subject to their operational policies.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nanded, Maharashtra.
