The Single Audit Pass is an immediate-consumption digital service that instantly generates an executive PDF, consolidated CSV, and claim ticket for an uploaded settlement report. Because access to the processed analytical output is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, Single Pass purchases are generally non-refundable once the audit output is unlocked or downloaded.
Users subscribing to the Monthly Pro plan may cancel their subscription at any time with a single click via their account portal or by emailing support. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which no further charges will occur.
If a technical glitch or double-billing error occurs where your payment was captured but Pro features were not unlocked on your workspace, please contact us at vertexengine.official@gmail.com within 7 business days with your payment transaction ID. Verified duplicates or system failures will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 banking days.
