At VertexSettle, seller privacy is guaranteed by architectural design. Settlement files (.txt, .tsv, .csv) uploaded to the auditor dashboard are parsed and aggregated entirely within your browser memory (client-side via Web Workers and PapaParse). Your raw settlement files and customer-identifiable order records are never uploaded, stored, or processed on our backend servers.
To provide continuous rate-card caching across browser sessions, user-defined product purchase costs (COGS) and target FBA fees are stored in an isolated Supabase PostgreSQL database associated solely with an encrypted workspace identifier.
VertexSettle does not collect or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs. All financial checkout transactions are securely tokenized and handled directly through certified payment gateways (Razorpay for domestic transactions and Merchant of Record partners for global transactions) conforming to PCI-DSS standards.
